1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AISaver.app, AISaver browser extensions, software products, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
AISaver is a software brand operated by MIJUYO LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("MIJUYO LLC", "AISaver", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing, installing, purchasing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Services.
2. Products and Services
AISaver develops and distributes browser extensions, productivity software, export tools, and related digital services. Our products help users export, organize, back up, and manage content from supported AI platforms (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and NotebookLM) into formats and destinations such as Notion, Markdown, PDF, and local files.
Features vary by product and may include free functionality, paid subscriptions, one-time lifetime licenses, usage limits, bulk export tools, and other product-specific functionality. The features and limits shown on the applicable product or pricing page at the time of purchase form part of the purchase description.
3. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where permitted by applicable law.
- Use the Services to automate malicious scraping, spamming, or violating the Terms of Service of the supported AI platforms.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the software or its license keys.
4. Intellectual Property
The Services, including original code, features, logo, and design, are the property of MIJUYO LLC. The names and logos of third-party platforms (Notion, OpenAI, Google, etc.) are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive purposes.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid AISaver products may be offered as:
- recurring monthly subscriptions;
- recurring annual subscriptions;
- one-time purchases;
- lifetime licenses; or
- other product-specific plans clearly disclosed before checkout.
Payments are processed securely by authorized third-party payment providers. AISaver and MIJUYO LLC do not directly store complete payment-card details. Prices, billing periods, taxes, and applicable payment-provider terms will be displayed during checkout. We may modify our pricing structure from time to time, and active subscriptions will be honored at their original rate for the remainder of the current billing period.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the available account, billing, or payment-provider management tools, or by contacting support@aisaver.app.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges already processed. Unless otherwise stated, paid access remains available through the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Because AISaver relies on the web interfaces of third-party AI platforms, changes, updates, or redesigns by these platforms may temporarily affect functionality. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MIJUYO LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before making a purchase.
10. Violations, Suspension, and Termination
You are responsible for complying with these Terms and all applicable laws when using the Services. If we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or created a risk of harm to AISaver, its users, or third parties, we may take appropriate action.
Depending on the circumstances, these actions may include issuing a warning, limiting or suspending access to the Services, disabling or terminating your account or license, and revoking the limited license granted under these Terms. We may take these actions with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary to protect the Services or others. Termination does not limit any rights or remedies available to us under applicable law.
